LaBella is a design consulting firm, with expertise in architecture, engineering, environmental, power, transportation, and other areas. LaBella is partnered with EMHCS to develop a program out of recognition that diverse populations historically have been, and continue to be, underrepresented in the design consulting industry. The intent of the program is to expose youth in such populations to this industry, through a comprehensive education and mentoring curriculum, to build awareness and opportunity.

The mentorship program at EMHCS aims to invest in teachers and yourself as we continue to be lifelong learners. Therefore, this program will include opportunities for professional development for mentors so they can strengthen their leadership skills and also assist in creating opportunities for mentors to share and model the best teaching strategies to their assigned teachers. Thank you to M&T Bank for sponsoring $5,000.
