Melisza works for famed food retailer, Wegmans Food Markets, where she is focused on incredible customer service for the company. Her role is dedicated to delivering a world-class experience by helping to improve customer’s lives. Previous to this role; she was in store operations leadership and marketing strategy and planning for new markets.

She is a tireless maximizer at heart who led an award-winning delivery team with Dale Carnegie and is one of thirty-five master facilitators in the world.

Contributing to her community is a mandate she takes seriously. She currently serves on the United Way Board of Directors, SUNY Geneseo’s College Council, and is a former Rochester City School Board Commissioner. She was proud to represent her community as the youngest female to be elected to the board where she worked on student health and wellness, parent engagement, and partnering with the community to improve bilingual education initiatives. She believes in amplifying women’s health issues which is why she was one of the American Heart Association’s, Go Red Woman of Impact this year.

Melisza is a proud wife and mother of three young children.
